Return Policy

General:  Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces, and to ensure our customers are receiving products in its original condition, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. 

Incorrectly Shipped Items:  in the event we mistakenly ship you the incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately so that we may correct the error.  A return shipping label will be issued and the correct item will be shipped out upon receipt of the incorrectly sent item(s).  

  • Please be sure to leave the item(s) in it's original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in it's original packaging.  
  • The item(s) must be odor-free.  Any odors on the product(s) will render it ineligible for exchange!
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Items Damaged in Transit:  if you receive an item an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.  You will be able to return the product at no additional cost to you.


Cancellation Policy

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone at 503-282-1664 or by emailing us at customerservice@wiglandportland.com to avoid charges to your account.

 


Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.00.  All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
